Stop Smoking? I am Trying to Start Smoking

Oh what Hope for the jaded aspiring smoker? Stop Smoking Easily Call071 863 7398 or mail miles@stopsmokingeasily.co.za So recently I was chatting with a friend of mine who has just about given up smoking.

Quit Smoking

Stop Smoking Easily

I told him I was about to start but I am finding it difficult to find the time. I know you think that I am making excuses. But with everybody saying that I can’t stop smoking, I really cant start smoking! My friend; You know the sort, he is nearly ready. Next month everything will be sorted out and he will be ready to kick the habit. He will finally give it up. He just needs to prepare a little bit more. What on earth does that mean? What do you need to sort out and prepare in order to stop smoking? A funeral plan? And Insurance Policy? A will? That’s what I should do when I have decided to start smoking! What does giving up mean? Why on earth do they say “giving up “You are not giving up anything! Not smoking is about wasting your day with other things. Wonderful, joyous, productive, celebration of life things! I have to cut back on some of those things if I want to start smoking. I need to focus. I start the day with a workout at the gym. I know If I don’t eat just right before the workout then I won’t be able to enjoy the endorphins and feeling of exhilaration that I get. No time for a smoke before that. Anyway how would that affect my workout? And to that man who once told me that there is something in his cigarette that enhances his performance? I have listed to ingredients of a cigarette here. Please just tell me what the ingredient was so that I can take it in bigger quantities Was it the Mothballs?

Well we have all three at the house so I mixed up something for my wife and I and locked ourselves in the garage with the car running instead of the pre workout coffee. Fortunately the dog alerted the neighbours and the helpful policeman gave a list of faster methods of suicide. Anyway, I digest somewhat. On with my day and why, owing to my ill-discipline I just can’t seem to start smoking. After the exercise on some of the finest fitness equipment in South Africa, there is the shower and to meet up with my wife for a coffee and sometimes something a bit sweet. You see after a hardcore workoutI have burned so many calories that I have some space for a bran muffin with some cheese and jam. The little pleasures, I know. But these are to die for. And If you think its stupid to die for a muffin, consider for a moment why I would die for a smoking stinky thing which takes away my taste buds and burns a hole ion my pocket. Perseverance, that’s what I lack. I must focus on the benefits of smoking. Er, sorry, what were they again? I forget. There must be some? My friend disagrees with my lack of smoking habit, especially after exercise. He says he craves cigarettes after he trains. Really? Craves as in when I feel hungry and thirsty?

Smoking Cessation

Stop Smoking South Africa Call 071 863 7398

You see when I feel thirsty there is a biological interaction of a number of hormones such Anti Diuretic hormone and Aldosterone. The biological negative feedback system which controls the homeostasis or balance of the intricate biology of my body will sense when there is insufficient water. Likewise with the hunger hormone Grehlin and the fat hormone Leptin As far as I can see, there is no evolutionary hormone to make you crave a cigarette. Perhaps one develops over time? You see, what I think is that You feel like a smoke because its a habit and because it stops you from the healing process that feels uncomfortable to begin with. Healing. Just say that word with the love and tenderness that it supplies to us. Healing Verus, I don’t know, Cancer. The rest of my day involves a lot of work at my computers as I write a lot. No time for cancer sticks there I am afraid. My fingers are busy on the keyboard. My friend smokes more than 40 poison delivery tubes behind his PC every day. 40 times 5 minutes is 200 minutes of sheer smoking insanity. How does he do the work in a normal day? Oops, I forgot he doesn’t! That’s why when my wife and I go the yoga class at 6 my friend is still hunched over his PC wafting the smoke away from his eyes so he can see the screen. Good hard working man that he is! Hey Mike, why don’t you just stop smoking easily now and get back some time in your life and then you could….. Oh why bother? Its clearly me that is making the excuses! I know about hypnosis for stopping smoking. Do think it will work to help me start?

Quit Smoking

Stop Smoking Easily South Africa Call 071 863 7398

The people who smoke have hypnotised themselves to the fact that they need this. They deny the quintessential truths that stare them in the face like some rabid and rank Tasmanian Devil with its teeth so close to their noses that its breath is misting up their smoking glasses! Maybe if I get hypnotized then I will forget all about the death, the stink, the disease, the tasteless food, the wasted money, the secondarysmoke I would give the people around me…. You know what, I think I will carry on making excuses for now. Its works for the people who still carry on smoking I am off to bed now. You see I don’t suffer form that other rather embarrassing side effect that you smokers do. And that will be the third workout for today. I love life and I intend to hold onto it and fight for every last second of it. That’s my excuse for failing to start smoking and I am sticking to it Good Night
